According to meteorologist Betsy Kling at Channel 3, a 'naturally occurring' earthquake struck a half-mile off the coast of Eastlake along the south edge of Lake Erie at 10:51 am. today. I definitely felt it in Euclid. The quake registered at 4.2 on the Richter scale.
ODOT cameras around the city caught the quick, but jarring, shake many of us got (above).
It caused enough of a local stir to effect a local team change below.
