( PA) -- Dozens of local races at the municipal and state level are on ballots today in Pennsylvania. Polls are open for in-person voting from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Remaining mail-in ballots have to be received by county election offices by 8 p.m. If you plan on hand-delivering your ballot, you can return only your own ballot - unless a voter has a disability and has designated you to deliver it for them with the appropriate signed forms

TODAY is election day. PA Department of State will offer a first look at results using their website. By clicking HERE you can customize your preferred county or election results. Pennsylvanians voting by mail-in or absentee ballot should return their completed ballot as soon as possible. For election day Voters are asked to hand deliver their mail ballots by 8 P.M. election day.

Quick Notes:

Voters may return only their own mail ballot unless the voter has a disability and designates someone in writing to return it for them using the designation form on the Department of State website, or the voter requires an emergency absentee ballot. Designation form can be found HERE.
