Evan Singleton, a 2011 graduate of Penn Manor High School in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, has claimed the title of "Strongest Man on Earth." Singleton, known in the strength community as "T-Rex," secured his victory at an international competition held in Loveland, Colorado, over the weekend. The event featured a mix of Olympic-style and functional lifting, including deadlifts, bench presses, and the American log lift.

Singleton's standout performance included a remarkable deadlift of 1,134 pounds, just over half a ton. He won the competition by a narrow margin of one point, marking his seventh major victory and his first-ever title as the world's strongest man. Previously, the reigning champion did not compete, allowing Singleton to seize the opportunity and claim the top spot.

Singleton, who now resides in Nashville, has built a substantial social media following due to his impressive feats of strength. His diet, revealed during a television appearance, includes a nine-egg omelet, a pound of pork sausage, and a fruit bowl for breakfast. Singleton demonstrated his strength on the show by rolling a frying pan with his bare hands and lifting a man over his head.

This victory is the culmination of four years of competing in the event, showcasing Singleton's dedication and persistence in the sport. His achievement brings pride to his hometown in the Susquehanna Valley.
