The 2021 NFL Draft kicks off at 8PM in Cleveland April 29th and runs through May 1st. Cleveland has worked extremely hard to prove that we have a lot to offer. There will be 259 picks and 32 teams looking to fill spots. All three days of the Draft will be broadcasted on the NFL Network, ESPN and ABC.
Of course the NFL Main Stage will not be accessible to just anyone but there will be plenty of activities for you to enjoy while downtown. The NFL Draft Experience is an interactive football theme park. It is FREE and open to the public but you must make a reservation on the NFL One Pass App.
You will be able to kick a field goal or catch a Hail Mary and compete against NFL stars in a virtual 40 yard dash and vertical jump. There will be virtual autograph sessions, on field activities for younger fans (kids 6-17) and even chalk talks with NFL Players and Legends. You will want to hang out in the replica locker room and experience the virtual pregame tunnel!
Check out "Taste of the Town," a tailgate experience featuring some local favorites: Barrio Tacos, Mallorca Restaurant, Ninja City Kitchen and Bar and Ohio City BBQ just to name a few. You can then grab a drink at the Bud Light Legends Bar and watch the fireworks at the end of each night.
Grammy Award winners Kings of Leon will perform as part of the opening draft activities at the Draft Theater on Thursday April 29th. Ann Wilson, from the legendary rock band Heart, will be singing the National Anthem as well. The Grammy Nominated rock and soul band, the Black Pumas, will close out the evening on Friday April 30th and Machine Gun Kelly will take the stage on May 1st after the last pick is made.
