A bank bandit in China, brandishing a nearly 8-inch meat cleaver, is behind bars after trying to rob a teller. The suspect is seen on surveillance video holding the knife up to the glass and continuing to talk on his cell phone. The shocked teller points at the guy and then laughs right at him. Security officers quickly disarmed the man and tackled him to the ground.
