A lifelong Browns fan got his dying wish this past Sunday as he flew to Cleveland to witness the Browns beat the Steelers and advance to the post season for the first time since 2002. Even better, Tom Seipel watched the game from quarterback Baker Mayfield's suite alongside Mayfield's wife, Emily. Several Browns fans put together a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to bring Tom to Cleveland. Emily Mayfield learned of the effort on social media and invited Seipel and his dad to watch the game from their suite, so they wouldn't have to be out in the cold.
Seipel has been battling kidney cancer since 2017, but his doctor informed him it's spreading fast now and sadly, he only has a few weeks to live. Tom is currently in hospice at his parent's home in Savannah, Georgia.
