Cleveland Bites with Jen Picciano April 16th

Tired of eating at the same old fast food establishment? Jen Picciano spills the tea on the best local eateries around Cleveland. Whether it is a new restaurant opening or a local favorite, Jen has you covered!

Edwins Too, Incubator Project, will begin this May. Edwins Too will serve as a culinary innovation hub, marketspace and event venue. This is in addition to its current restaurant operations in Shaker Square. With its existing short term lease set to expire, Bradon Chrostowski and the Edwins Leadership & Restaurant Institute team identified a need for a community kitchen. It can also double as an event venue to welcome Institute students & alumni as well as local entrepreneurs.

All are welcome to join the collective for access to professional culinary equipment, business planning, startup resources and skills training. Appointment ONLY and for a fee (select grants are available). The collective offers a licensed commercial kitchen for recipe testing, production, distribution and service.

FLOUR restaurant will start Take Out Only, Tuesday thru Thursdays every week beginning April 20th. Chef Matt Mytro's bringing his Texas roots to the neighborhood. Featuring traditional or spicy guac, street corn, tamales, short rib, chorizo & chicken tacos. You can wash it all down with Margaritas or Italian Limoncello.

Opened in 2013, owner Joe DeLoss was inspired after a trip to Nashville where he fell in love with hot chicken and decided to open up his own restaurant. Hot Chicken Takeover has three locations in Columbus and a new one on the West Side of Cleveland. They are now offering take out for delivery & pickup, serving Ohio City, The Flats and Downtown. Grab some Hot Chicken Take Out weekends Friday & Saturday 3 to 9PM ONLY.
