Looking for a boost in your energy? Eating the right foods can help keep you fuller longer and increase your stamina. Colette Heimowitz, nutrition expert, says to eat foods with a lower glycemic impact such as green vegetables and low-sugar fruits. Heimowitx recommends food that will help you sustain that energy throughout the day. That means staying away from foods with low quality carbs. Here are her suggestions of food items that will help give you a boost.
