A relationship involves, at the minimum, two people. Know matter how perfect something might seem sometimes it still doesn't work out. At times it is hard to see when your relationship is truly over. Make sure you are paying attention to the signs. When someone has lost interest there are a few red flags that dating experts say you should be aware of.
In the beginning of a new relationship, cute pet names are a way to show your affection. If you are no longer receiving or using pet names for your significant other, the fire might be burning out. Same goes for using emojis to show your feelings. If they are no longer sending you cutesy text throughout the day they might be losing interest.
The same applies for them asking you how your day was. They should want to be interested in your life. If they no longer care, that could be a sign that they are not concerned with what you are involved in day to day.
Have all talks about the "future" ceased? Usually when a connection is starting out both parties will talk about their wants and expectations in life. Even something as small as what they want to do this weekend, can be related to if they want you around or not. If they are not involving you in their plans, then they might not see a "future" with you anymore.
Do you feel like you are being avoided? If the other party keeps giving you excuses on why they cannot talk or see you then that could be a red flag. It is understandable to be busy at times but your partner should want to make time to be with you.
We all like to be appreciated. It shows that the other person recognizes the efforts you put forth. If those efforts are thwarted by phrases like "you don't have to" or "don't bother" then those can be signs there is something off in your relationship.
