Another TikTok tip is causing experts to warn against trying it, and this time it’s using crayons as makeup. Beauty bloggers have been demonstrating how to dip a crayon in water and then use it as a lip liner pencil, but make-up artists are saying it’s dangerous.
Rachael Divers says the method creates the perfect environment for infections. “Pencil crayons are not tested or designed for the purpose of being used as make-up pencils,” Divers says, adding that lip products that it’s best to stick to products meant to go on your lips.
