A New Hampshire animal shelter has a large and odd problem.
A man arrived at the shelter last Monday to surrender what they thought was 150 mice.
But then he clarified: 150 containers of mice, not individual ones.
The guy continued bringing more of the rodents and they now add up to a thousand.
The problem is that the shelter is now overwhelmed with the rapidly reproducing mice.
Part of the shelter’s cat area has been turned into a mouse hospital and hotel.
Other shelters are now helping by taking some critters in.
