Legendary musician Mick Ralphs, co-founder of Bad Company and Mott the Hoople, has died at age 81.
His representative confirmed his passing on Monday, but no cause of death was disclosed.
Ralphs penned hit songs for Bad Company, such as "Can't Get Enough" and "Feel Like Makin' Love," and also wrote "Rock and Roll Queen" for Mott The Hoople.
Bad Company frontman Paul Rodgers said his heart has hit the ground and that Mick left us with exceptional songs and memories.
